When I ask where your payment center in Isabella County is, "Saginaw" is not an acceptable option. Also, blaming ME for the bill getting to me the day it's actually due is counter-productive, since I don't run the fucking United States Postal Service. Telling me that I can pay it online is stupid, because I don't like paying bills online and compromising my information. Telling me that I can pay it over the phone is stupid, because it costs an extra $6 to do so, and that pisses me off. Telling me you're "very sorry" is annoying, because I promise that you're not. I've worked in customer service, I know you're not fucking sorry about anything except your shitty job. When you tell me that "there are currently no senior representatives that you can speak to at the moment", I know you're lying. It's 3:30 on a Wednesday, there's SOMEONE there for me to talk to.
