My master's thesis is going to be on "Alice in Wonderland" in book and film versions.
Despite the new Tim Burton film being a sequel of sorts to the original source material, I'm including that film as well as 4 or 5 others.
I just discovered Alan Rickman is going to be the Caterpillar.
My day is made. Alan Rickman is pretty much The Man.
I just finished the book itself, and it is one of the most imaginative books I have read, and it allows for so much mental imagry that I can't wait to watch so many different interpretations--including this and this. Yeah, I'm watching porn for my thesis.
Sa-weeeeet!
